April 1, 2005: "Updated Genome Analyses" Version updated to include additional organisms. Also note that the host range and primary disease are now obtained from NCBI rather than through manual, local curation. The intracelluar/extracellular information is replaced by Habitat information from NCBI. Old curation is still available under "Original Genome Analyses".

Dec 7, 2004: Thermotoga maritima was incorrectly classified as archaea.It's now been moved into the Non-pathogen table.

Dec 7, 2004: Archaeal dinucleotide bias standard deviations values for some species were incorrect. This has been fixed.
